Investment Property

Investment property is real estate that is occupied by someone other than the owner and is purchased specifically for rental income or capital gain.  A career as a landlord could be a successful avenue for someone up for the challenge of property management. Depending on the purchase price of an investment property an investor can profit by purchasing homes at low market value and then leasing them out.  Investment properties can be single family homes, multi-unit homes and/or commercial properties which provide investment return.
